Everyone faces this situation at least once in their life where they cannot decide ‘what to eat for dinner?’ This is more frequent now than ever. And during that time, you wish if someone or something could help you make the right choice. Because you have no idea what exactly you want to eat. With this research, I want to dive deeper into the problem to understand it better and give solutions.
The fast-paced lifestyle of millennials and ever-changing technology gives us a vast pool of food options and overwhelms us by choice overload which leads to “decision fatigue by the end of the day. I want to give a solution that can save time, providing a satisfying and fulfilling experience.

We take almost
350,000
decisions in a day.
Around 200 (17%)
of them are related to food.
Therefore, by the end of the day, our brain suffers from Decision Fatigue.
What is Decision Fatigue?
Decision Fatigue refers to the deteriorating quality of decisions made by an individual after a long session of decision making.

1. Recipe cards give the user a physical touchpoint.
2. Ingredients are categorized in a way that's easy to find in store.
3. It is also a link to the digital version, as users can easily find recipes in the app by scanning the QR code on it.

Get your recipe suggestions as soon as you open the app saving you from time and decision fatigue. The app suggests the dishes according to the previously liked dishes or your choices made while launching the app
